Consultation reviews for ㅁㅌ and ㅈㅅ

I went to two places, ㅈㅅ and ㅁㅌ, and on the day of the consultations I immediately put down a deposit at ㅁㅌ. ㅈㅅ was worse than the reviews, and ㅁㅌ was better than the reviews. ㅈㅅ does eyes and nose, but they recommended costal cartilage and a forehead lift from my very first surgery. The material cost was also extremely expensive, so including tax it came out to around 13 million won. They did not even touch my nose.. I thought it would be in the 6 million won range at most, but it was so expensive.. Costal cartilage feels too hard, so I felt burdened by it, but the director said it had to be that or nothing, and before I could even say anything, items were being added to the estimate instantly, one after another, so how should I put it.. I guess I got swept up in what they were saying? I was kind of mentally shaken. In contrast, ㅁㅌ clearly told me from the start the limitations of my eyes and nose, saying this is about the extent of improvement possible. Because I have a bulbous nose, I wanted improvement in the shape of my nostrils, but they said I had type 3? alar retraction, so there would not be much improvement. But they explained the reason in a way I could understand, so instead I was able to let go of my greed and understand more clearly what kind of nose shape I wanted. I also really liked that they said they would use my own body’s materials as much as possible for the nose (septal cartilage, ear cartilage)! They said I am too young for a forehead lift, and that costal cartilage, especially donated costal cartilage, is not a good material for a first surgery, even if it is a good material in itself. Looking at reviews, people said the director is very conservative, but for me that actually increased my trust. Being conservative means there will be less strain on my eyes and nose. The price including tax came out to 6.5 million won. This is not cheap either, but from the beginning I planned for this surgery to be the last one for my eyes and nose, and since the place is known for operating safely, I think it is worth paying this much. And it is much cheaper than 13 million won.. haha I put down the deposit and scheduled surgery for July 2! For the eyes, I decided on epicanthoplasty + partial-incision inline double eyelids, and for the nose, septal cartilage + ear cartilage, with a thin 3.5 mm implant for the nasal bridge!
