I had my first consultation two and a half years ago, and during that time I worried so much Then this time I made up my mind to really do it and had another consultation. The surgeries I received were “neck lift + facelift + deep cheek fat removal + liposuction + fat grafting under the eyes and nasolabial folds + Botox for the V-line, glabella, and eye area.” First of all, after surgery, when I was moved to the recovery room, my face did not hurt at all. However, my head throbbed and hurt a bit. I think it was probably because the band was worn tightly after surgery and bandages were wrapped all around that area. When I said I was in pain, the nurse quickly cared for me, gave me painkillers, and reported it to the director right away, and seeing that made me feel somehow reassured. After getting the painkiller and standing up to go to the bathroom, the headache softly disappeared... Maybe the way I had been sitting and leaning was not correct. I am very fearful, so I had even requested a one-day hospital stay after surgery, but there was so much less pain than I had expected that I went home with my daughter,
I went home, ate porridge, rested deeply, and the next day when I opened my eyes, there was no bruising on my face and not much swelling either. Of course, there was no pain. If there was one painful part, it was that the bandaged chin kept rubbing against the bandage whenever it moved and got slightly scraped, and I think the stinging whenever that scraped area rubbed against the bandage hurt the most. That day, Director Han called me.... At first, I did not even know who it was. I never imagined it would be the director. My ears were all covered by the bandage too, so I could not hear well, and I said, “Who is this?” and he said he was Director Han. He said he personally called because he was worried about the headache I had after surgery... I was truly moved. It is perfectly rare for a hospital director to personally call and check on a patient, but Director Han personally called me It was the moment when the thought that I had chosen such an excellent doctor came flooding over me like a wave. After speaking with the director, my daughter said she was bored, so I pulled a hat down over my head and went to Costco with my daughter... When I went to Costco, the people working there and a few people around my age who passed by me started by asking what I had done, then asked about the pain and my age... When they heard my age, they were completely surprised... Then they asked which hospital and the director’s name, and left notes on their phones. They said they were so envious of me. Hearing those words made me want to go outside even more. That day, contrary to the purpose of grocery shopping, it felt like I had gone there to chat about surgery with the women there. My daughter said she felt happy whenever she saw me looking happy haha
I spent the second day after surgery receiving so many compliments and envy from people, then slept and woke up to face the third day, and my whole face had risen like a woman stung by bees lololololol I could also see slight yellow bruising.. lol Thankfully, it did not hurt, so I was just baffled by how I looked haha But they had told me that days 2-3 after surgery would be when swelling would be the worst, so I just tried to move around a lot, drank water, ate food without salt, and did not go outside that day~ That was the day when the swelling was the most severe, and from the next day, the swelling slowly went down and down and down.. Around day 6? I think it became completely natural. I went to work normally too, and I went shopping with my daughter. But when people my age saw me, they would always ask what I had done, then ask my age, and their eyes would widen as they wrote down the hospital and director’s name again... I am truly proud...
Now it has been 2 weeks since surgery, and people seeing me for the first time and people around me say it looks so, so natural and that I look 20 years younger, asking who would see me as someone soon turning 65. Since I live hearing compliments every single day, each day is happy I look in the mirror every day and take lots of selfies too... It really cost a lot of money, but I think it was an investment worth more than that... To get that much value, the most important thing is who performs the surgery, and I think I made an absolutely perfect choice.... I saw the way Director Han stitched my skin stitch by stitch, and it was truly art... Because of that meticulous skill, I had no inflamed areas and did not suffer after surgery. On top of that, I am very satisfied with the result!! I am someone who, in life, was too lazy even to apply sunscreen, but these days, of course I apply it to my face, and I also apply sunscreen to my neck... The sagging chin fat that hung like a rooster’s comb was completely removed, so I have a jawline now, and the deep cheek fat on the sides was also completely removed, so I really got the V-line I wanted.. My neck wrinkles also sagged so much that I used to look for and wear turtlenecks, but although some thick neck wrinkles remain, it has been pulled tight, so my neck looks at least 10 years younger... *Current satisfaction: For me, my satisfaction is truly 100 out of 100, and if the pain after surgery had been severe, I would have had the worry, “Could I do this again later...?” but I have zero such worry. Because there was no pain lololol Really, only the scraped skin on my neck from the bandage hurt My daughter says that when time passes, she will give it to me as a gift again.. I am happy to have regained youth and to receive so much love from my daughter hahaha If someone asks, “Later, when time passes and it starts sagging again, will you have revision surgery?” I can definitely say yes, I am 100 percent willing to receive revision surgery from Director Han Gyu-nam.
