Eye Surgery Reviews

Revision eye surgery consultation reviews: ㅇㅇㅋ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅇㄹ

My first surgery was buried-suture double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, but the line was so low that it felt like the surgery had no point.. So I went around for revision surgery consultations

*ㅇㅇㅋ (ㅏㅣㅠ) - Maybe because it’s a private clinic, there is some waiting. It’s not to the point where you can’t wait, but people who don’t have much time should keep that in mind - The director checked while drawing the line many times. If I said what I wanted was like this or that, he tried to listen as much as possible - He said that for revision surgery, it would be good to do it with an incision and redo the ptosis correction too. I couldn’t tell him whether my ptosis correction back then was non-incisional or incisional because I couldn’t remember, but from the director’s view, it didn’t seem corrected enough for me to feel it, so he recommended redoing it when I have revision surgery this time. He said my eyes are slightly asymmetrical now - Overall I felt they were kind, and maybe because I heard the director specializes in eyes, there were many eye reviews, and it seemed like many people go there for revisions too - He set the line as an in-out line, but somehow it felt a little lower than the in-out line I had in mind, and since ptosis correction was recommended together, it was a clinic I was thinking about

*ㅍㄹㅇㅂ (ㅡㅏㅣㅣㅅ) - This clinic stayed in my memory more because the consultant was so kind. The overall atmosphere felt very trendy and bright - I said I wanted revision surgery with an in-out line, and the director drew the line a few times, but he didn’t really set it in as many different ways as I expected. He said my eyes suit an in-out line well - He said I don’t have to redo ptosis correction if I don’t want to, and since it’s a revision and my eyelids lack strength, the line needs to be fixed well with an incision - I liked the line he drew, but the consultation was shorter than I expected, and the cost came out higher than at a private clinic…. So I was torn - The consultant gave me her business card and organized everything from the consultation to show me. So I don’t think you really need to take notes at the clinic

*ㅇㄹ (ㅗㄹㅗ) - By the time it was about the third place, I was getting tired.. I was worried there would be a long wait here too because it’s also private, but thankfully after I arrived and checked in, the consultation started within 5 minutes - The consultant here was also very kind, so I felt good. It strongly felt like she listened closely to my concerns. She said they have many revision eye surgery cases and showed me various photos too - The director drew the line, and he said that when setting it as an in-out line, if the outer end is raised a bit more, it can look asymmetrical from the front. I heard something similar at the previous clinic, so I asked whether that meant I needed ptosis correction, and he said that’s not it; when doing revision surgery, the line needs to be matched with an incision rather than non-incision - He drew several lines and also checked canthoplasty. Since I don’t like an excessive look, he said opening it lightly would be better, but honestly it would be hard to see a dramatic effect. When I said that if it’s that much, I’d rather not do it, the director also agreed without pushing it - While drawing the line, the director said that actually just raising the line could make my eyes look much more open than now, and when he said they were eyes worth having enough expectations for after revision surgery, I felt relieved - The consultant here also organized and sent me the consultation details. So when going for a consultation, I think the most important thing is not to struggle taking notes, but to listen properly to the explanation and come back

I heard actual follow-up care is important for double eyelid surgery too Since mine is a revision and all places recommended incision.. among the places I visited, I’m definitely leaning toward the place where the director personally checks progress and removes all the stitches too My goal is to set a date and finish the surgery before it gets even hotter Everyone, good luck with your consultations too
