I had nose surgery yesterday, and they didn't put in an implant. They only used ear cartilage, and a little bit of septal cartilage? But today they removed the cotton from my nose, and it looks really upturned. Does it really come down..? Even when I watch YouTube, it seems like it only comes down a little, not dramatically, but mine looks really lifted.. I'm anxious..
