There is a fat grafting surgery where fat is harvested from the thighs and transferred into the breasts, so I thought it would be safer than silicone and chose this method. But in conclusion, if you are getting breast surgery, I strongly recommend doing it with silicone. I understood why most people who get the surgery choose silicone.. As time passes, the fat gradually disappears, and although it doesn’t go back completely to before, almost all of it goes away, so it ends up being money wasted.
