They suddenly only showed me photos of the directors and told me to choose one (excluding the chief director, and excluding the director I wanted), and right there I ended up choosing a less-experienced director of all people.. After I had surgery like that, a thread that looked like a dot at the nasal tip was showing through the skin to the outside. I don’t know whether it was a side effect or what, but while having revision surgery to remove it, I also raised the nasal tip slightly and shaved down the columella that had come down too much, and 6 months later I went into revision surgery. Only then did I finally become satisfied with my current nose.
