Once I don’t like something, I really won’t like it no matter what To my eyes, it looked way too low and had a very flat impression By chance, I was looking at Instagram and saw something like a cosmetic surgery ad? Seeing people whose noses got higher after rhinoplasty made me jealous,, I wanted to become like that too,, and as those thoughts grew, at some point I had installed an app and was looking at reviews,, lolol I guess you can’t help human desire
So when choosing hospitals to visit for consultations, I first narrowed them down by looking at reviews There were quite a few candidates, but I started with places in locations that were easy to get to Gangnam was relatively convenient, so I started going around places in Gangnam I was planning to go through consultations pretty objectively and decide on a hospital,,? But after only my second consultation, I suddenly booked it too lolol Once I decided and came out, I realized I had been at that hospital for about an hour,, I had simply gone because I liked it after seeing the reviews, but they explained things in that much detail, and I liked the consultation itself
For reference, I wanted surgery, but I didn’t plan to overdo it, so I did it without an implant Fortunately, at the hospital I consulted with, the director said my nasal bridge wasn’t completely low, and if that was my opinion, then since personal satisfaction matters most, it was okay to do it that way,, But because the height step had to be evened out, they said dermis would need to be used Honestly, when I was looking into surgery, the only nasal material I knew was silicone,, But here, the director explained in detail what materials there are, which parts of the nose those materials go into, and where they are harvested from, so it was easy to understand,, I could feel that I wasn’t going into surgery without knowing anything,, lolol
Ah,, but lolol when I was looking into rhinoplasty, it was only fun and exciting, but honestly, when I had cotton packed in my nose, it was tough,, Since I had to rely only on my mouth to breathe, it felt stuffy and hard,, At least here, I could have it removed after a day, so that was a relief. I think this is important when looking into hospitals too,, Still, once the cotton was removed, it was somewhat bearable(?) while I had the splint on, and once even that was all removed, it somehow felt like the surgery was completely over and I felt freed lolol Still, I thought I shouldn’t let my guard down, and honestly, I wanted to see the swelling go down quickly too,, so I made sure to take care of myself by walking for 2 hours a day without fail
Maybe thanks to that, even just looking at the 3-week photo, doesn’t it look like there isn’t excessive swelling? Around 5 days after surgery, I did get some light bruising, but that also stopped there, and except for the one day I had cotton packed in, I didn’t really have a very hard time At this level, it feels like I could do it two more times? (Just kidding, I’m satisfied with one time,, lolololol) That’s how manageable it was~ that’s what I mean lolol Still, pain and swelling vary case by case, so everyone should take good care of themselves too,, If you have enough time like me, I recommend taking walks consistently! I think walking is better than separately taking anything lolol
