In early July 2021, I had a facelift and also had nose surgery (+ rhinitis surgery). They shaved down the slightly protruding bone on the bridge of my nose and lifted the tip slightly using ear cartilage. But on the day the splint was removed, I looked at the nostril area and saw that the septum was tilted to the left. The nurse said it might still be swollen and look that way, so we should check the progress after 3 months. On the follow-up day, the doctor told me to press the tip, in the opposite direction from where it was bent, for about 10 seconds at a time here and there. Since I visited the dermatology clinic upstairs every month, I asked each time, but they kept saying that even if I had revision surgery, I would have to wait 6 months. - - When I met the doctor again 6 months after the facelift and showed them my condition, they said revision surgery was the only option, so I had revision surgery in mid-February 2022. It seems the septum is now in the right place, but this time the inside of my nose is the problem. One side of the nasal cavity has narrowed, so breathing is uncomfortable, and it feels stuffy as if there is a foreign object inside. I’m planning to meet the doctor when I go to the dermatology clinic in the middle of this month... I wonder what kind of ordeal this is after having nose surgeryㅠㅠ. And is it just the way I see things, or does my philtrum look longer???
