After surgery with silicone, they didn't properly finish the silicone, so I had no choice but to get revision surgery. At the place where I got the revision, they strongly recommended MegaDerm no matter what, so I did it with MegaDerm. But now, inside my nose, it's not inflammation, but fluid keeps coming out, so I'm thinking about removing it. Then, when I have surgery 6 months later, I think they'll tell me to use MegaDerm again. What should I do?? I want to use silicone though.
