I was a typical two-jaw surgery case, where the bones grew asymmetrically because of TMJ disc disorder and the teeth came in with malocclusion, but they just had me go into orthodontic treatment. Extractions are not good when doing two-jaw surgery, but they extracted everything and finished the orthodontic treatment. Currently, my upper and lower midlines don’t match, and the asymmetry has gotten worse. I hope you carefully find out what kind of case your face is, look into many hospitals, and then start orthodontic treatment. I just went ahead with it because another dental clinic recommended it, and I ended up wasting both money and time.
