Review on day 3 after two types of facial contouring for a man in his 30s (square jaw, chin tip)

The reason was that my girlfriend dumped me saying I was ugly, so I ended up getting surgery. I think I had square jaw surgery and advancement of the chin tip area. The doctor explained a lot of things to me, but I don’t remember well. Still, since I asked them to make me look like a celebrity, they said they kept reminding themselves as much as possible even during surgery while operating. It’s only day 3, so there is still a lot of swelling, and I think I’ll only know whether it looks good or not after more time passes. My friend saw how swollen I was and scolded me, saying I looked full of greed. When I look, I do feel like my face has become a bit smaller, but other people don’t seem to notice yet lol. As for pain, it only hurt a bit on the first day, and now there isn’t really any pain. For food, I’m eating porridge, castella, and protein drinks like that. Next time, after more than 2 weeks have passed and the swelling goes down a bit, I’ll write another review. Please, I really hope I’ve become much better-looking. My hair is messy because I went to work after surgery, sorry.
