I got it because I thought it was the most basic procedure. I got the German-made one that supposedly doesn't cause resistance. They say your jaw feels stiff after getting it, but now that several months have passed, I never once felt any stiffness, and there was no effect either.. Maybe it's because I have a lot of muscle, but I got it more than twice and still kept seeing no effect, so I've decided not to get it anymore..
