Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Revision eye surgery + under-eye fat repositioning, 6 months now... this time it’s a success, right?

Before <before surgery>Before <before surgery>After <taken around the month before last because it felt like all the swelling had gone down>After <the month before last 2>After <most recent>After <I guess it’s settled with this kind of look, right?>* Revision eye surgery * Originally, in 2018, I had natural-adhesion double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction... I seriously wondered if there was any way to redo my double eyelids, so I looked for a clinic that was good at revision surgery. I had ptosis, so my eyes always looked sleepy and it felt heavy to open them, and my epicanthal folds and the outer corners of my eyes looked so tight and closed off; I wanted canthoplasty too. My dark circles were also stressful... Anyway, there were a lot of issues lol  After thinking about it, I ended up getting non-incisional ptosis correction revision surgery, medial epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and the under-eye fat repositioning I had been debating over lol

*Atmosphere* It was all white, clean, and neat, so I liked the vibe. I talked with the consultant about what bothered me, and then the director came in and examined my eyes in detail by touching them.. Since I had already had double eyelid surgery elsewhere ㅜ ... they checked everything carefully enough, and I could feel that they considered things like the double eyelid line, the height I wanted, and the style a lot, so naturally I felt drawn to them.

Aside from that, I had already gone to several consultations too (mostly around Gangnam Station and Sinsa Station), and even before going in for the consultation I had searched a lot of reviews, and it was just like what I had seen a lot in other people’s reviews.. The director and the consultant? They didn’t pressure me and were kind.

*Price range* The price range was mid-level? Just felt normal. Since it was revision surgery.. There were a lot of places that quoted really high prices, but this place still seemed average. Usually, clinics that are just cheap for the sake of being cheap often feel kind of rude, so there were places where I went for a consultation, they just gave me a quick look, and I immediately lost interest (you can just feel it as soon as you arrive, like a subtle feeling when they greet you.. a subtly unpleasant feeling while waiting.. suddenly feeling like they’re trying to size you up? Pressuring you for a deposit, etc.). On the other hand, as I wrote above, this place was kind ㅇㅇㅇ sweet. They also did swelling care after surgery. . The clinic where I had my first double eyelid surgery just checked it and that was it; I liked that the desk staff greeted me really warmly too. Little things like that easily sway me lololol

*Bruising, swelling, pain* I had red bruising on the double eyelid area and it felt tight and swollen, but the canthoplasty areas didn’t hurt, so it was okay. Maybe because of the swelling from the under-eye fat repositioning? Around day 3, the area near my nose got more swollen. It appeared more than on the day of surgery to day 1, so I was a bit flustered, but by week 1, most of it had gone down, and from month 1, it already felt like my own face? Compared with now, it was still swollen then, but my satisfaction was high from the early stage!  Now I like it so much that I keep taking photos... If it stays exactly like this, I think my revision was a success...!!
