An Early Success Diary on Day 7 After Revision Rhinoplasty

After <7 days post-op> Before <before surgery> Never go to a hospital just because it is said to be famous on a cosmetic surgery app ㅠㅠ I went to the most famous hospital on that app and said I did not want the height raised too much, and since I had a slightly bulbous nose, I asked them to reduce the nostril wings... but they made my nose high like a cartoon character and made it look pinched, then said the surgery went well. Later they said they would provide AlloDerm or add filler, but I ended up getting tons of things injected into my nose, like regenerative injections? blood injections? (a dermal injection where they draw blood, process it in a machine, then inject it???) and went through so much emotional distress... This time I finally had revision rhinoplasty, and even though it has only been 7 days, there is almost no swelling, the height is just right, and the nasal tip looks round and cute from the front but sharp from the side. Also, the severe asymmetry was corrected a lot. I emphasized that I wanted it to look natural, so they recommended using autologous dermis for the nasal tip. They said some of the autologous dermis will be absorbed, but I like it so much right now that I am trying not to touch my nose as much as possible so the dermis takes well~ For those whose first surgery went wrong, please do not get too discouraged and decide on revision surgery soon ㅠㅠ When choosing a hospital, I recommend not only looking at internet reviews but going in person for consultations. At the place where I had surgery, the doctor sincerely thought through my concerns with me and suggested methods, so I trusted them, and I also liked that the building was newly built
