It has been about 2 and a half years since surgery. I wanted a flashy-looking nose, but they said it was not possible, so it ended up natural. In the past I had a hump nose and a bulbous nose,, it was not a severe bulbous nose, and my nose did become much prettier than before,, For the surgery, I had silicone on the nasal bridge, osteotomy, cartilage binding, columella lowering, and they used the nasal septum,, Currently my nasal tip feels too low, so I am looking into revision surgery. For a first nose surgery, I think the most important thing is to visit many places in person and make sure the director's style satisfies the needs you want. Otherwise you will get revision surgery like me.
