Hehe, I had nose surgery last September, and to me it looks like the columella support sticks out more than the alar rim, like a bird's beak. Even when I look at other nose surgery reviews, I don't think many came out like this. Should I go back and touch it up? Or not... They’re asking if I’m going to make a fuss over just this one thing, but do I really have to live with this one thing causing me stress and wasting my money? It looks like Seok-kyung's nose, and it's bothering me when I smile or laugh (both photos are smiling photos). It looks like a hooked nose, but the hospital says if they shave down the columella it will become a sliced nose. Is that true? I visited 10 hospitals to gather information and paid a high price to have it done by the chief surgeon. Is that right now? What if they don't do it? Ah, I'm so stressed. They're probably going to make some weird excuse like "If you touch it, it'll become a sliced nose," but would they really do aftercare/service for a sliced nose after all...
