I’d often been told that I looked sleepy, and in reality my eyes felt very tired when opening and closing them, so I already knew, ah.. if I get double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction is going to be necessary. When I went around for consultations for my first surgery, of course every clinic recommended ptosis correction, so I had the surgery, right? I thought I’d looked into it enough and chose a clinic.. but even after a month.. even after several months.. closing my eyes was just unbelievably uncomfortable.
At first the clinic said that if you get ptosis correction, you can feel a slight? pulling sensation, so I was like okay okay, but if this keeps going, isn’t there a problem? lol ha Anyway.. I started looking for clinics again, thinking internet reviews can’t be trusted.. Around then, searching for clinics was honestly making me feel like I was losing it,... I was having such a hard time that a friend recommended a clinic where someone they knew had a successful revision. That person had sausage-like double eyelids, and after hearing they succeeded with revision surgery, I thought let’s trust offline more than online.. and went there..
What I liked from the first consultation was that there was no consultation with a coordinator, and I had a fairly long consultation only with the director. They explained my eyes and slowly planned the design too, so I wondered if clinics that are good at revision surgery really are different.. I was tired of looking into more clinics, and I had surgery with the mindset that if it failed here too, then whatever.. but I am very satisfied with the result. It’s been about half a year now, and my eyes close smoothly.. They also redesigned the line as an in-line double eyelid.
Anyway, guys.. you have to go to a clinic that’s good at ptosis correction.. Otherwise, like me.. you’ll throw away money.. stress yourself out.. and waste time too.. ^^
+ I’m kind of scared to say which clinic failed me even if people ask, because I’m afraid it might start trouble.. sorry It wasn’t a very famous clinic.. I was the one who didn’t look into it properly..
