Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Review 3-4 years after facial contouring

It’s been about 4 years since cheekbone surgery and about 3 years since jaw surgery As you can see, I didn’t do both cheekbones and jaw together at once, but separately. At first, maybe because there was some swelling, the effect was dramatic. But as time went on, I liked it less than at first. With the cheekbones, it doesn’t show to the naked eye, but when I go to a plastic surgery clinic and take photos, the left and right sides are different. It definitely doesn’t feel like they went in. And it feels vertically indented, similar to a stair-step deformity. My cheekbones still protrude. And for the jaw, maybe because the chin was moved too far forward, when I take photos my mouth area looks awkward, and the chin tip does feel somewhat blunt compared with the lateral line of the mandibular angle below the ear. Also, the chin tip feels heavy. It looks like a protruding lower jaw. But compared with before surgery, I did become much prettier. Still, when I go to another plastic surgery clinic and take photos, the awkward-looking parts are definitely significant. So I absolutely plan to have revision surgery on the jaw at another hospital
