I'm really the typical spider body type. My arms and legs are thin compared to my belly Before surgery, I was originally 160 cm and 60 kg, but after the IV fluids drained and I controlled my diet, I'm maintaining 56 kg now! Diet and swelling care really seem like the standard... The hospital also said a lot that the before-and-after difference was definitely big and that the surgery went well It was a little embarrassing, but it's the first time my belly has gone in like this.... Seriously, with liposuction, doing it as soon as possible seems to be the answer Because I at least got liposuction, it feels like a waste not to, so I'm dieting alongside it, and my belly used to be so heavy, but now my lower back doesn't hurt either Worrying really only delays the result,,,,
