ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ consultation review -Nasal implant removal and revision rhinoplasty are done a lot there. It was the place I thought was the second prettiest. They do both silicone and implant-free rhinoplasty a lot. They were a bit unfriendly, but if I asked, they explained in detail. -Implant-free rhinoplasty was possible, but silicone was recommended. For cases similar to mine, if done implant-free, the other hospital that was my first choice tended to make the nose a bit more defined. They operate conservatively, so for implant-free rhinoplasty, they focus mainly on improving the line. -No CT scan was taken. -They explained that if silicone is used, delayed inflammation could occur. (1-2% chance) If inflammation occurs, it has to be removed. -For implant-free rhinoplasty, the line improvement would be subtle, and cartilage show-through could occur, so the nuance was that they did not really recommend it. -The price is 4.5 million, and even if silicone is added, the price does not change.
