After<After surgery>Before<Before surgery>I think it's been about 3 weeks since I had surgery.. For the first week after surgery, breathing through my mouth was a bit hard, but now I breathe through my nose just fine ㅎ Before surgery, when I was going around for consultations, at first I was planning to do it without an implant?? But as I went to consultations, I often heard that because my glabella was low, it could be done without an implant but there wouldn't be much effect.. so after thinking about it, I just had the surgery with an implant inserted.
At first, even when I stayed still, my nose felt tight, and it bothered me when I slept too, but now I sleep just fine. I don't feel that tightness in daily life either! I guess time is medicine
When I read surgery reviews, people were taking Elas A? swelling-reduction medicine, but for me it was expensive and annoying, so I bought pumpkin juice and pumpkin tea online and drank those, but I still had some swelling. But if you hold out a bit, it goes down quickly ㅎ
There wasn't much pain, but breathing through my mouth was a bit hard. I lived with a humidifier on, and if it was still like this, I think a humidifier is essential.. And squeeze-type lip balm.. was useful. I used Himalaya lip balm or something, and it was good..
I was worried because my glabella and nasal tip were high, but after 3 weeks it looks natural~
