Um,, this is my first time writing a review, so I’m not sure how to write it, but I’ll write it as I felt it..!
Ever since I was born, my right eye was a bit smaller? It looked different from my left eye, so I was really stressed every time I took photos, which made me look into surgery!
I’m satisfied because I think the doctor made the shape nice and rounded..! Especially the doctor, the consultant, and most of the hospital staff were all kind, and I was really worried because I have pretty severe low blood pressure, but they even gave me a vitamin injection.. I was genuinely touched.. Ah, this is really important, but after the surgery was over, it didn’t hurt even 1 bit, so I was seriously confused lol.. It really didn’t hurt at all… I was so surprised.. The doctor is an incredible technician…
When I wear makeup, I feel like it looks more glamorous, so I’m satisfied..! I originally had an inline double eyelid, but the front part felt a bit stuffy, and when doing makeup, especially mascara, it felt like my eyes were getting buried, so I didn’t like that.. After changing to an in-out line, it seems a bit naturally glamorous,,, At first it felt a little too bold, but since I was a smoker, the swelling was pretty severe because of nicotine, and this photo was taken at week 2, but now it’s becoming much more natural..
[Hospital review] - Highly reliable expertise, comfort, kind doctor/consultant/staff
First of all, the doctor really has a gentle impression, his voice is comfortable, and he is so kind + nice.. At other hospitals, the doctors seemed ready to get up quickly, fidgeting like they wanted to leave, but there was none of that here. He kindly answered all my questions and explained things delicately, so I felt reassured! His voice was also so calming that I didn’t feel nervous, and I trusted him, so I booked the surgery for the same day. The hospital itself felt very healing.
I had first considered a hospital famous for being good at plastic surgery, but the consultation experience was not good, so after my consultation at Sugar, I shook that off and came here. Of course, it’s important that the doctor is good at plastic surgery, but from a patient’s perspective, since they are touching your face, I think the comfort you feel at the hospital + trust in the doctor in charge of you are also very important. That way, you won’t feel anxious during surgery…
Anyway, you’re paying money,, and having your face worked on, so since everyone feels unnecessarily anxious and stressed after plastic surgery, I think it’s also important that the hospital responds well, The consultant responded well to messages and was consistently kind, so I was very grateful.. If I had to sum it up in one line: they have a high level of consideration for patients!
One reason I didn’t go to hospitals with many doctors was because I was somehow scared they might do proxy surgery, but Sugar has exactly two doctors and they also run YouTube, so I felt reassured and chose them. A hospital I hope does even better
On day 7, the swelling was extremely severe, so I was anxious that the line seemed higher than expected, but the doctor came over and explained everything one by one, telling me not to worry and reassuring me before leaving.. It was also so nice that I could see the doctor when getting the stitches removed.. (I heard there are places where you can’t see the doctor)
Rather, I think I trusted them more because they don’t do excessive viral marketing. The doctor and consultant are genuinely kind, so I think it would be good to at least get a consultation..!
