Before<Before><1 week><2 weeks><1 month><2 months><3 months>My nasal bridge was uneven, and my nasal tip looked wide and low, so my face looked even longer and only my flaws stood out, which stressed me out a lot. I was looking into rhinoplasty, and during my consultation at Louvre, they explained everything very thoroughly and seemed to know what would make me satisfied and look pretty. So while getting my nose done, I thought that since I was already doing it, it would be nice to add volume overall to my face, including my broad forehead, so I got fat grafting done together too. Right after the procedure, there was swelling, so I wondered, is this too much? Will it be obvious? But after a few days, it went down quickly lol Looking back now, I think there was less swelling than I expected, and the minor swelling went down faster than I thought too, so my nose line settled quickly. The fat grafting was also a brilliant move. From the side, because of the volume starting from my forehead, the line down to my chin looks really pretty. A few of my friends are even making a fuss about wanting fat grafting too! I was worried that the uneven part of my nasal bridge might not become smooth, and that the nasal tip might not come out sharply defined, but after osteotomy and silicone, the nasal bridge became smooth and well-shaped, and the nasal tip was also made nicely defined using ear and septal cartilage without using costal cartilage, so now my worries feel pointless haha lol I'm so satisfied
