About a year and a half ago, I had complications from my nose surgery, so I dealt with the urgent situation by removing the silicone + using autologous dermis, but one nostril is gradually becoming triangular, like it’s pinched I’m so stressed I really want to think of this as the last surgery of my life and get it done, so please recommend places that are good at natural-looking revision rhinoplasty I wonder if they can also remove scar tissue inside the nostril? It’s so uncomfortable every time I breathe Sigh, I’m scared of surgery now, but should I just endure it and live like this,, I’m so upset
