Before before after after after after after after First, the areas I had surgery on were facial contouring and the nose 3-part facial contouring (zygoma reduction (triple fixation) + square jaw + chin tip (advancement) + cortical bone osteotomy) Nose surgery (nasal bridge + nasal tip)
The photos are, in order, 2 before-surgery photos, 3 after-surgery photos, CT, and before-and-after comparison photos
It has been about 3 months since surgery, and I went for a follow-up last Tuesday I don’t think there is swelling anymore, but just in case the minor swelling might turn into fat, I even got InMode in advance lol Honestly, my attitude was that as long as the surgery went well, that was enough, so I didn’t plan to receive all the care the clinic offered But I got it at the 1-month mark and it was really good? lol Especially after getting CAPS, my face gets warm and it feels like the swelling is draining away quickly For the nose, you can’t apply strong pressure, so there isn’t much to do except sebum care, but for facial contouring, make sure to receive all the aftercare the clinic provides!
I had less swelling than expected, so I wore makeup after just 1 week, and for my nose, I only had natural-looking bulbous nose correction, and it came out nicely glamorous! My face wasn’t particularly large, but it had angles, especially the mandibular angle below the ears, the jaw looking prominent from the front, and the cheekbones that instantly ruined my mood whenever I wore a cap... That stress disappeared completely, as if to show off, so I’m so, so happy ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
My nose is exactly natural-looking, and the open-incision scar was stitched so finely that it really barely shows Just looking at that, you can tell the director is very meticulous. Stitching well is also a doctor’s skill And when I take selfies, the areas where my cheekbones or square jaw used to stand out have definitely improved Especially because the front view became V-shaped, I’m happy ㅠㅠㅠ
For clinic visits, I went at 1 week, 3 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months in total, received care, and saw the director At this 3-month follow-up this week, they compared the CT once more. Last time I was in a rush because of another appointment, so I only listened roughly But this time I listened really carefully.. They put up the before-and-after CT and checked which areas improved, and it was very easy to see When I asked the director if I could take a photo because I wanted to keep my skull photos, they gave me time to take pictures lololol Especially the asymmetry and cheekbone effect were so reduced that I could feel it with the naked eye, and the jaw was also cut cleanly without a secondary angle So I felt really good once again lolol They said pin removal wasn’t really necessary, so I’m thinking of seeing later and deciding
As for sensation, my cheekbones have almost returned, but for my jaw, it feels like it came back and then became dull again, so since they said I need to wait at least 6 months, I decided to be patient and wait It also feels like it changes a bit depending on my condition, but I’m going to trust that it will be okay after 3 more months lol Still, I can feel it changing every month, so it isn’t a source of stress
Lastly, for food, I’m eating things like squid and thick tenderloin without being picky, and there is no inconvenience at all in daily life I’m supposed to avoid impact to my face or nose, but recently I dropped my phone on my face while looking at it.. When I told the director during my nose follow-up this time, their pupils shook... lololol ha.. I need to be careful lolol
Even if I consider it again, I only think I should have done it sooner, and compared with how hard it was, my satisfaction seems high I think I just need to keep checking sensation and sagging, and if the sensation keeps feeling dull, I’m planning to schedule another follow-up at 6 months
