It’s my third revision surgery for a long nose. What do you think about getting it done at ㅈㅇ? For my first surgery, they used ear cartilage, but my nasal tip drooped. This time at ㅈㅇ, they’re suggesting ear cartilage. With a long nose, will it not droop? Right now I have donor rib cartilage, but after using donor rib, my nasal tip shows through I’m seriously torn.
