One month after implant-free rhinoplasty, I feel like it failed

I had surgery on May 8, so I’m entering one month now. Before surgery, I had no complaint about my nasal bridge, but my nose was overall very large and the nasal tip was blunt, so I decided on surgery. Because I wanted a natural nose rather than a flashy one, I did not use silicone, and had surgery with lateral osteotomy, nasal tip work (auricular cartilage), and bulbous nose correction, but rather than looking natural, it feels like there was no improvement at all. From the side, other than the nasal tip being raised a little, there is no change. Even my family doesn’t know I had surgery. When I first came out and said I had surgery, everyone was surprised and repeatedly asked what on earth had changed haha Of course it has only been one month since surgery, and they say swelling from osteotomy lasts longer, but even if the residual swelling goes down from here, I don’t think there will be a big change. Rather, compared with before surgery, it looks blunter and more bulbous. The postoperative photos were also taken in the afternoon, when the swelling had gone down somewhat. When I wake up in the morning, it seriously becomes a huge nose I really don’t know whether the cause of this result lies with the doctor or with me for requesting naturalness. I’m going in a few days for my one-month follow-up, and I should tell the clinic my dissatisfaction, right? If I end up having revision surgery after 6 months, I have no sense of whether I should do it at the clinic where I had surgery in the form of after-service, or have revision surgery at another clinic. What does everyone think? Please give me some advice.
