For the eyes to look open and refreshed, a certain amount of the red tissue inside the inner corners needs to be exposed, but my eyes had none of it exposed, so they looked stuffy. Also, the degree of opening at both inner corners was subtly different, so I wanted correction and improvement of the epicanthal folds.
Hospital atmosphere, etc. (Cost was extremely expensive, the consultation manager was attentive but somehow felt inattentive, the director looked tired, overall not a lively atmosphere)
Anesthesia: local anesthesia (they normally provide sedation, but I always do only local anesthesia for anything, so I requested local only, to prevent any possible shadow doctor issue)
1. Slight exposure of the red tissue (Success, exposed just beautifully)
2. Correction of asymmetry in both inner corners (Success, I was worried about whether this part would be corrected accurately, but it was perfect)
3. Improvement of epicanthal folds (Failure, when I looked at review photos the epicanthal folds had improved, but maybe because mine was only opened a little, it stayed the same. But when I asked about epicanthal folds beforehand, they told me they might not disappear well, and I didn’t have a complex about epicanthal folds, so it’s okay)
4. Scars, scar tissue (Because it was magic epicanthoplasty, the surgery is done on the inside, so no visible scar, when I pull and look at the inner corner of the eye, it’s only to the point of wondering if there is a very, very slight one, for scar tissue, in the beginning the skin was hard and I was worried, but they managed it with scar-tissue injections)
