My vision was -7 in the right eye and -6.5 in the left, and when I went to the ophthalmology clinic last month, it came out as 1.0. (When I did the vision test, I read it rea~lly hard, so I feel like that’s why it came out as 1.0. I’m still a bit suspicious whether they call it 1.0 as long as you can read it, or whether it was really 1.0 so they said 1.0,, haha,ha,,,,
On the first day after surgery, tears kept coming out like I had rubbed onions in my eyes, and my eyes stung. I think from around day 3, it became bearable. Personally, at 1 month, my vision looked the clearest and cleanest. Now at 5 months, it’s not like everything is 200% crisp and clear like when you just got new glasses, but I can see well enough that daily life isn’t uncomfortable. Dry eye comes and goes between severe and not severe.! It might just be my imagination, but when I eat well, I feel like I can see better too.
It’s disappointing that text far away doesn’t look completely crystal clear, but I still think it’s a surgery worth doing!!
