Looking at the before-before-after-after-after photos, it may be hard to believe, but this is a nose that had surgery once… My nose was so low and spread out that even after one surgery it looked like that.. haha For my first surgery, I did pursue a natural look, but the cartilage? septum at the nasal tip was congenitally very small and thin So I was really stressed and got revision surgery, but because I didn't have much septal cartilage, we used donated costal cartilage. This time, it hasn't absorbed much and is standing firmly lol When I touch the nasal tip, it isn't soft, it's firm, so it feels good Also, at the previous hospital they told me not to do alar reduction, but this time I did alar reduction too, so my satisfaction is really high lol
