Asymmetrical eyes, buried-suture double eyelid surgery (one side)

After <selfie mode> Before <rear camera> Before <rear camera> I originally didn’t have asymmetrical eyes, but about 2 years ago, the double eyelid line on my right eye became thicker and multiple folds formed inside, so it was stressful It looked even more noticeable when I took photos with the rear camera, so after a lot of thought, I got buried-suture double eyelid surgery on just one side. They said it wouldn’t swell very much, but I’m not sure if this counts as not swelling much. I was told to expect up to about a month for it to become completely the same. I thought it wasn’t a major surgery, so I had it done somewhere close to home. The double eyelid surgery turned out well, right..? It was done under sleep anesthesia, and the surgery took about 30 minutes! It hurts a bit more than I expected, but it’s not extremely painful. It feels kind of stiff/aching? My eyeball hurts lol.. And my eye keeps tearing up, so I’ve been wiping it with a cotton swab. While wiping, I saw something like bloody fluid? so I got really startled. Nothing has happened since then, so it should be okay... right... Still, they called it quick buried-suture surgery? and I got it done cheaply at an event price, so I hope it doesn’t come undone and gets corrected
