I had surgery with postauricular fascia for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. I’m currently 1 week post-op and the splint has been removed! Because I emphasized naturalness that absolutely wouldn’t look obvious, the surgery was relatively simple, and because of that there was really almost no swelling. I originally had a slight hump, but without shaving it down, they only filled the nasal bridge above the hump with postauricular fascia. That doesn’t mean there was no before-and-after difference! My family all says I became prettier in a way that doesn’t look obvious. It’s so subtle that it almost feels like a waste of money, but they say I definitely look more refined and prettier. The kind of feeling where people notice if I tell them, but don’t know if I don’t? lol Maybe because my original nose shape itself was pretty, and I only raised the height... Since it’s still only 1 week and there is a bit of swelling, my nose is a little bulky and firm. Also, because of overcorrection, the shape does feel slightly exaggerated, so I think I’ll need to keep watching the shape. As the swelling is gradually going down, it’s becoming more natural, so I’m satisfied! I think it was good that I didn’t get greedy and only touched up a little haha It still has a bit of an Avatar-like feel, but I hope time passes quickly and my nose becomes slimmer haha
