Finally entering month two after thigh liposuction injections!!!!

Before <Before thigh liposuction injections> Before <Before thigh liposuction injections><Two months after thigh liposuction injections><Two months after thigh liposuction injections> Before <One month after thigh liposuction injections + before calf Botox> I had thigh inner/outer liposuction injections in March, and finally it’s month two! Up until month one I was unsure, but now that I’m entering month two, when I pull out old photos from the cloud, I’m seriously shocked every time lol Those were my legs??;; It was an area that would not slim down no matter what thigh-fat-loss methods I tried, even trying until I nearly bled, so I really did need help from a procedure,, I’ve completely overcome my complex. A little after month one, as my thigh line started getting refined, the bulging muscle above my knee started bothering me, so I told the doctor and also got calf Botox! It’s now one month since calf Botox! After getting calf Botox too, because of the synergy effect, these days when I look in the mirror I look at my legs before my face. So proud, so proud. For aftercare, I definitely feel a big difference between receiving it and not receiving it, so I’m continuing with additional sessions! (extracorporeal shock wave + mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections + laser) I also managed my weight more diligently than expected, so last week the procedure room staff even gave me mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections as a service! Awesome! As expected, when you work hard, everything feels rewarding,, So far I’ve lost 5 kg in weight and my thigh circumference has decreased by 4 cm, but ever since I was young I’ve had a genetically poor lower-body blood circulation body type, so there are still lumps and swelling on the inner thighs. Even with lumps and swelling still remaining, if it’s this much, what will month three be like..? Hehe They say liposuction injections usually start showing dramatic effects from month three, so I’m already looking forward to it.. I’m following my diet carefully and exercising consistently, so now I don’t crave spicy, salty, or sweet foods at all. If I happen to eat them once and sleep, the next morning is so hard;; Consistent habits seem the most important!! But now I’m slowly starting to get tired of salad and Greek yogurt,, If you have any diet meal tips, please share them in the comments :) Anyway, I thought that for a successful diet, I needed to record it somewhere so I could keep maintaining it steadily even after reaching my goal. And after trying it myself, I was so satisfied that I really wanted to recommend it to people who are struggling like I used to, so I’m posting this as both a real review and information sharing haha So if anyone needs hospital or procedure information, feel free to leave a comment! Until the day I proudly wear a bikini this summer!! Let’s go!!!
