Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery Review

I have fairly large eyes, so I never even thought about double eyelid surgery, but at some point, when I looked at photos other people took of me, my eyes looked really droopy. On top of that, my upper eyelids were heavy and thick, so as they drooped, they blocked my field of vision. Because of that, I guess I had been opening my eyes by unconsciously using my forehead muscles, and when I even started getting forehead wrinkles, I realized it was serious and went for a consultation with a friend.

It was the place my mom had gone to, so I didn’t do any legwork or online searching and just went casually. To my friend who had already had double eyelid surgery, they said she didn’t need it right now, but for me, they said my eyes were too heavy and were drooping, so I needed it, so I went ahead and did it hehe The director is honest and really funny lol Of course, considering eyelid thickness and the amount of fat, I had the incisional method!

During surgery, while burning? removing the fat, he was like, “Oh, there’s more fat than I expected,” lolol I don’t know if he was teasing me or whatㅠ While stitching up the incision, he said my eyelashes were extremely long, and that they had been buried(?) all this time, and that he would reveal them nicely for me, so I remember it being funny

It’s been a little under a year now, and I’m very satisfied. The swelling went down fairly quickly, so even at 3 months, it looked so natural that even people who had double eyelid surgery themselves couldn’t tell. I wanted it to look completely natural with no obvious surgery signs, so I didn’t set the line high, but now when I look at it, I do wonder if I should have made it a little higher like the doctor recommended hehe

There’s still an area from above my eyes to below my eyebrows that looks like it has fat (I thought I would end up with thin eyelids with absolutely no flesh above the eyes), but they said that because my brow bone itself comes down low and my eyelid skin itself is thick, there’s no way to fix that..? sob sob

But since it was true, I just accepted it and moved on And even when checking my progress after surgery, he always said that even though he did it himself, he really liked it, and when he saw my puffy sausage-like eyes, he said they turned out pretty, so I was puzzled, but once all the swelling went down, even I thought they did turn out well hehe My mom also says they turned out well hehe

The price was 990,000 won after a family referral discount. They said friend referrals don’t qualify, only family referrals get the discount.

My mom, my mom’s friend’s daughter who is also my friend, and me, so three people I know have had it done there The friend who went with me that time said her double eyelid came undone and that she’ll go back for another consultation soon.. lolol Since hers is a revision surgery, was it 1.2 million won? Anyway, I remember being surprised too because it was really cheap for a revision surgery.

They don’t really advertise much, and it’s a one-doctor clinic that people go to only through word of mouth, but there are a lot of people? It’s the real deal hehe (The more annoying point is that they don’t care about the interior and it still feels exactly like 1n years ago)
