I’m 158 cm tall, and my original weight was around 51-53 kg, so I wasn’t skinny but had maintained an average build. I had maintained my weight by exercising consistently 3-4 times a week, but after COVID, I stopped exercising and only ate, and suddenly I started gaining weight uncontrollably. Eventually, my weight went up to 73.8 kg. Acquaintances who knew how I used to look saw how I had changed and said hurtful things like, “Why did you change so much?” so I was really, really stressed. But I had weak willpower to lose weight on my own, and dieting didn’t work as well as before. After thinking about it for a long time, I ended up getting abdominal liposuction injections, and as you can see, I’m satisfied with the results. When I first visited the hospital, my weight was 73.8 kg, and now my fasting weight is 68.9 kg, so I lost 4.9 kg in just 1 month after the procedure. My waist circumference also went from 96.2 to 93 cm, a reduction of 3.2 cm! Since I can see the weight loss with my own eyes, it makes me manage myself even harder!!
