Honestly, I’d heard a lot that bulbous noses need to be dramatically and firmly refined, or that costal cartilage has to be used to get it under control, but the director said it would be fully possible without an implant, using only septal cartilage I really trusted him and left it to him, and the result is so good.. There’s no blunt feeling, the bulbous nose is corrected just right, and it looks high and defined without a pinched feeling. I love everything from the nasal bridge line to the nasolabial angle line It’s a bulbous nose that’s hard to correct in one go, but not only was it corrected, I’m also satisfied with all the design aspects haha
