Finally graduated from my nth revision rhinoplasty

Before/after/after, it was my nth revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage~ I finally met Director Jung Dong-woo at Honesty and graduated. (I had silicone + autologous costal cartilage + short nose correction + periosteum + dermis + cat surgery) ​ It’s now day 7 after surgery. With my previous surgery, the swelling and bruising were so severe that I braced myself, but what do you know! I didn’t bruise even once! ​ My issues were five things: dissatisfaction with the shape due to a crooked nasal bridge, crooked columella, scar tissue removal, and drooping nasal tip. There was also an occasional smell from inside my nose. ​ ​ Among the things I found out after opening the nose during this revision surgery, what shocked me was ​ I thought the previous hospital had used donated costal cartilage, but when the director told me that mesh, which had not been agreed upon, was found, I felt so sorry and grateful. ​ I had heard that mesh removal is really not easy.. Because of the mesh condition, inflammation was present and the tissues inside my nose had melted and stuck together, and even though the condition of my nose was, needless to say, very bad, I’m so grateful that he made me a pretty nose. ​ He also neatly cleaned up the scar tissue next to my columella that looked like a booger! ​ I also had nasolabial angle correction, and my protruding, plump lips tucked in, so my mouth area looks much prettier and my image has really changed a lot. All I can say is that it’s pretty! ​ Right after surgery, the director personally took care of my aftercare and paid such close attention, which really moved me. The nurses are kind too. ​ After I uploaded selfies, I got a lot of DMs! So I’m going to introduce all my acquaintances too! I feel like I’ve been reborn. It also happens to be my birthday~ haha Nose father
