I really wanted to get rid of the hump and lift the nasal tip to eliminate the droopy, arrow-shaped nose appearance. After the surgery, when I went in for care, I heard from the director and found out that my nose was severely deformed and there were major signs of damage... That’s what he said. I was surprised because the condition of my nose was more serious than I thought. I didn’t feel comfortable putting silicone inside my nose, so I insisted on no implants, and he accommodated my desired conditions as much as possible and performed the surgery safely, so the hump and arrow-shaped nose were corrected. Even with ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and no implants, the nasal bridge stands out.
