It’s been 2 months since I had surgery at Named Plastic Surgery!!
1. Why I chose the hospital As soon as the director came in for the consultation, he looked at my entire face first, including things like skeletal asymmetry only I knew about, my face shape, side profile, and so on, so I thought, “He’s not someone who only looks at the nose.” Since he looked at my face overall, I felt he would make the nose suit me well too. And during the consultation, he listened carefully to what I said and explained the surgical method that would fit that.
2. Surgical method Silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage were used. I originally went for a consultation thinking of surgery without an implant, but on the consultation day the director said that if I put in a thin layer of silicone, rather than making the nose feel higher, it would make my cheekbones look smaller. He said I could think about it and decide on the day of surgery, so I kept thinking about it until the day of surgery. During the re-consultation with the director before surgery, I still couldn’t decide, so he asked if it would be okay for him to look during surgery and choose, and I agreed. In the end, silicone was inserted, and I’m completely satisfied. I think I would’ve regretted it if I hadn’t put it in.
3. Desired shape Before surgery, I asked for the nasal tip not to be pointy, and said I only wanted improvement of my complex about my blunt, drooping nasal tip. I requested that it be done naturally enough that when others saw me, they would feel something had changed but not know exactly where.
4. In the operating room The operating room staff were so kind, and I was just in a state of acceptance, so I wasn’t even nervous,,, I trusted the director so much that I mostly thought he would make it suit me well on his own. The director came in and asked me various things, and I guess they administered the anesthetic during that time. I fell asleep while answering
5. After surgery - now Now, if I don’t say anything, people don’t even know I had surgery, and people with a good eye ask, “Was your nose always like that?” Not “You got your nose done, right!” And I’ve heard a lot that I look like I lost weight. The director also said that raising the nose makes the face look slimmer From the front, it still looks round and doesn’t seem to have changed much, but the side profile definitely changed. Oh, and the columellar incision scar has completely disappeared. Even when the stitches were removed, it was barely visible, and now there’s only a slightly reddish feeling, which can be covered with makeup, so I really like that. I’m satisfied, but it still feels like the swelling in my nasal tip and columella remains firm. They say the minor swelling goes down until 6 months, so I’m going to wait and see.
6. If you’re considering Named Plastic Surgery, I really recommend it!! And no matter which hospital you have surgery at, I think trust in the director is really important,,!
