Before/after/after/after. My nasal tip itself was very blunt, and it also felt a bit droopy, so while improving the functional parts, I also had cosmetic rhinoplasty done together! At first, because of swelling, my nasal obstruction was still there and it felt very tight, but after removing the cotton, removing the Silastic, and once the swelling went down, breathing became much more comfortable. Especially, I had surgery on both the nasal bridge and tip without any implants, implant-free, and the line came out so cleanly that I’m really satisfied!
