I’ve already had the surgery, but it felt like a waste not to share all the places I went around to, and I want to get some other plastic surgery info too, but they’re telling me to build up points, which is annoying, so I’m posting this;
1. Apgujeong ㅇㄹ Consultation time: 30-40 minutes Wait: 10 minutes, no consultation fee A place where the director consultation was much longer than the manager consultation As soon as I sat down, they assessed my eye structure first, like whether I had sunken eyes or protruding eyes I had never thought about this kind of thing in my life, so even hearing about it was fascinating I have sunken eyes, but they said they’re not severely recessed, so the canthoplasty I wanted was possible But this place was not a flashy-style clinic to begin with They seemed not to like opening the eyes excessively, and they designed both the double eyelid line and the canthoplasty naturally They set the double eyelid line more than about 5 times And after setting the line, they checked whether my eye(?) strength could hold the line But seriously, I couldn’t even hold it for 2-3 seconds and it just loosened with no strength.. After seeing this, they explained again what kind of eyes need ptosis correction lol I really got a lot of information here People usually tell me I react well, so I kept saying to the doctor, “Oh really~? Oh~!!” And, as a joke, it almost felt like I was leaving knowing as much about eye surgery as the doctor In conclusion, I decided to do ptosis correction + non-incisional double eyelids + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty They also explained how much my eyes would open with canthoplasty I was looking forward to it, but they said lateral canthoplasty often reattaches, so I was worried about that part too and asked They said that’s why you have to check the available space before surgery They said I wasn’t going to open them excessively to begin with, and there was no risk of reattachment During the consultation I didn’t think it had been that long, but when I finished and came out, almost an hour had passed

Sinnonhyeon ㄱㄹ Consultation time: 30 minutes The consultation started right away after only a 5-minute wait Thinking about it now, the reason it was fast was that there wasn’t really any chart-writing; They asked what eye style? I wanted to change into with eye surgery, and whether I liked a puppy or cat style Honestly, it was my first time being asked this kind of question, so I was a bit flustered, and the manager said she thought the puppy style suited me better, so let’s do puppy style (gentle), and showed me some video It was mostly a canthoplasty-focused video, and the canthoplasty very obviously looked done to anyone The style was clearly different from the previous clinic, so that was the moment I thought it was a good thing I booked consultations like this lol Here, the before-and-after difference was definitely clear But it seemed like they would cut/open much more dramatically than I expected, so I asked whether side effects like conjunctival edema wouldn’t happen like that They said this was actually a safer method, so those side effects don’t happen, and the common D-shaped appearance after lateral canthoplasty absolutely wouldn’t happen either But they said I had to have separate doctor consultations for the canthoplasty and the double eyelid surgery.. There was a doctor famous for canthoplasty, and since I requested that doctor, they said that doctor only does canthoplasty.. I was a bit taken aback, but it wasn’t like they weren’t doing surgery at all, so I tried to understand it as just this clinic’s way But the doctor consultation ended so quickly that I don’t really have much to say.. It felt like I was just hearing the things I’d heard from the manager again? Looking only at the photos, the before-and-after difference is clear anyway, so I do think I could get a definite effect for my money, but it might not suit someone who checks things re~ally thoroughly.. I’m fairly easygoing myself, so I didn’t think much of it. This is all experience too..
