6-month cheekbone surgery review: I regret not doing it sooner

It’s already almost been 6 months since I had cheekbone reduction surgery (triple close-contact fixation) at the clinic. Time really flies. I wondered when 6 months would ever pass haha My detailed review is in my previous post.

I think my swelling went down pretty quickly. My cheeks still look a little chubby, but unless I say something, even my friends don’t know I had surgery haha I’m a bit embarrassed about having had surgery, so I go around saying I got facial contouring massage.

Maybe because my 45-degree cheekbones were so protruding, my facial line became really pretty and my face also got smaller. Maybe because the director is skilled, it turned out naturally pretty. Now that the cheekbones are gone, my nasal bridge looks higher too, and I’m so satisfied with my side profile. I regret why I only did it now.

Lastly, I went to Gangnam last week to get a CT scan, and they told me it had healed together very well. I don’t know about other places, but I think this clinic’s aftercare is good.

If I had also done square jaw surgery, my face probably would have gotten really small, but I think it might have looked unnatural, so I’m satisfied now. My goal now is not to touch my face anymore.

I saved up hard for cosmetic surgery, and since it wasn’t a small amount of money, I thought about it a lot, but I think if something is going to be a lifelong complex, it’s better to make up your mind and fix it.
