8 years ago, I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction using natural adhesion, but the end of my left eye came undone, so another double eyelid formed above the existing line, and on the right side the line got lower, so I had consultations about raising it a bit more
1. Director at ㅇㅁㄹ ㄷㅇㄹ - Recommended natural adhesion + ptosis correction - Showed only one line, raising it about 1-1.5 mm higher than before
2. Director at ㄸㅋ ㄱㅎㅅ - Recommended natural adhesion + upper canthoplasty - Showed about 3 lines, separating lines possible with incision and lines possible non-incisionally
3. Director at ㅅㅅ ㅅㅈㅎ - Recommended partial incision + upper canthoplasty - Showed only one line, but said we could decide during surgery
At ㅇㅁㄹ, they gave me an estimate saying that because I previously had natural-adhesion ptosis correction, if the existing threads are released, the ptosis correction will also come undone, so ptosis correction has to be redone too. But the other two places said I don't need to redo ptosis correction, so I don't know which is right For now, two places recommended upper canthoplasty, so I'm leaning toward upper canthoplasty, and at ㅅㅅ they said my left eye came undone because the skin had stretched a bit, so I should do partial incision But ㄸㅋ says they can do it well non-incisionally so it won't come undone, and the cost is cheaper than ㅅㅅ, so I'm thinking of going with ㄸㅋ.
