I had rhinoplasty without using silicone, only with autologous costal cartilage. It has been 3 months now, and my nose does not hurt at all and feels like my own nose. The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested has a surprisingly large scar, so I feel a little upset, but my nose is pretty, so I guess it does not matter? I like the side profile the most. I asked them to make it as natural as possible, and I think it turned out natural!!
