At other places, they recommended an upper epicanthoplasty (turns out it was a hospital specializing in upper epicanthoplasty) and incision rather than lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and they said that if I did lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, I would also need fat grafting. In the end, I did non-incisional double eyelid surgery and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, and I wonder why I only worried and kept putting it off all this time!
