They were right.. Until now, because I was lazy, I squeezed out foam cleanser and rubbed my eyes hard to remove it, so my eyelids were in terrible condition.. Anyway, the director drew the line several times and checked whether this was the look I wanted They clearly said what was possible was possible and what was impossible was impossible, so from the perspective of someone looking into revision surgery, it felt refreshing, and it was a consultation that gave me a clear outline of how the surgery should be done
Chai / ㅊㅅㅎ Here too, I made a phone reservation through ㄴㅇㅂ Since it’s a one-director clinic anyway, I could book right away without designating anyone, and I thought the key was matching the time.. I was lucky that there was an open time, so I booked right away But when I arrived, the wait was pretty awful; maybe the consultant thought this wouldn’t do, so they started the consultation first, and it kind of.. turned into a long conversation that felt like they were trying to kill time, then they told me to wait in that consultant’s room? office? The director I met afterward looked very tired.. But well.. I had come looking for a director who was good at revision surgery, so I was really curious how the consultation would go; The director first watched me close and open my eyes, then drew the double eyelid line and said my eyelids were very stretched, so they did not recommend a non-incisional surgery And when they tried drawing the double eyelid line, the strength holding the line was weak, so they recommended doing ptosis correction together! They said not doing ptosis correction during the first surgery was probably one reason it came undone I asked whether I really had to do ptosis correction because of how my eyes open (because if I have incisional surgery and add ptosis correction too, I felt like recovery would be too slow It’s revision surgery, after all..), and the director said my eyelids were too stretched and my concern itself was that the line had come undone, so ptosis correction should be done to prevent it And since my eyes are slightly protruding, they asked whether I had any thoughts about canthoplasty, so I said I wasn’t sure yet.. They said protruding eyes respond well to canthoplasty, so if I was interested, I should consider doing it together when having revision surgery I went to hear information anyway, so when they explained the cost, I heard about canthoplasty too! What was it again… They said they would give a small discount if I did full canthoplasty, and when I asked what would happen if something like conjunctival edema occurred because of the canthoplasty, they said that’s an unavoidable phenomenon in the early stage and there isn’t really anything they can do for it..
Aside from these two places, I went to 3 more, but they don’t really stand out in my memory and they weren’t candidates I was considering, so I won’t bother writing about them Sometimes I see a lot of everyone here just jumping into surgery based on fame, but I hope you gather online information flexibly and go to in-person consultations carefully.. Even though I definitely found places I liked while going around, since it’s revision surgery, I said I’d think about it and left. Still, I’m planning to book and get it done before it gets even hotter
