Looking at my before-before and after-after surgery photos, it was hard to believe I had gotten double-eyelid surgery once before. The line had loosened as much as it could, and because my eyes looked flat, I ended up in a situation where I had no choice but to get revision surgery.. haha I really wanted to avoid revision surgery, but for improvement, honestly there was no answer other than getting eye revision surgery, so I eventually started looking into revision surgery.
For revision surgery, I think I focused a lot on whether the director had extensive experience and lots of revision surgery experience, and whether the style matched well. That’s how I made up my mind, and somehow it’s already been 3 months since my revision surgery.
Definitely, even up to month 2, there was still some swelling, but now most of the swelling has gone down and it seems to have settled, so it looks completely natural and like my own eyes. I had incisional ptosis correction, and there’s no unnatural feeling at all. The double-eyelid line itself isn’t excessive either; it feels like it was set just right? Overall I’m satisfied, and I hope it just maintains well like this from now on.
