If you look at the before-before-after-after-after-after pre-surgery photos, no one would believe this was a nose that had already had nose surgery. The bulky nasal tip wasn't improved at all, and the bridge of my nose was also really low lol After getting revision rhinoplasty from Director Sung Yong-hae at GNG, my columella came down nicely too, and it no longer has that pig-nose feel. The silicone that had been in the nasal bridge was removed, and autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. It definitely seems like costal cartilage corrects the nasal tip beautifully. Instead, my ribs hurt for a while, so I couldn't even cough.. lol Since my nose came out well, I think this was pain I could fully endure lol I also had surgery for rhinitis and a deviated nasal septum with the director, and from around the one-month mark, the effects started to show, so my quality of life shot up lol
