I chose Motiva implants before going (because of the capsular contracture rate statistics and, after looking up YouTube videos, I liked them the most..)
ㅂㄴㅂㄱ - Director K -The clinic has floors from the basement to the 6th floor, and the breast center is on the 5th floor. -I don’t know if it’s because they share the space with facial contouring, but there were really a lot of people. There was also on-site waiting. -The consultation was on the kind side. I felt both the consultant and the director explained things carefully. Maybe because the director was female, I could feel comfortable during fitting too. -She said Motiva 340cc, and if I wanted to be ambitious, up to 360cc might be possible. Dual plane is possible, but since I don’t have no existing breast tissue at all, subfascial might also be possible if I choose it. For the incision, she recommended inframammary incision because the recovery period is faster. She said these days everyone does inframammary incision and returns to daily life quickly. -Aftercare includes CAPS and scar laser, and they also said they provide 3 sessions of something called hyperbaric oxygen therapy, where you go into a high-pressure chamber and inhale oxygen.. Some interesting machine that helps wounds recover faster (I didn’t really understand it, but anyway it seemed like an expensive machine). -AS possible within 1 year (if capsular contracture occurs) -General anesthesia -No pressure to book same day
ㄱㄹ - Director Oh -A private clinic and breast surgery clinic, so they only do breasts. -I ran into a few patients, and it felt like they were all coming in for aftercare?? It wasn’t crowded, and I liked that the clinic was clean. -The consultant was gentle + very attentive, and it felt like she was recommending things customized to my body type without pressure. The director also gave the impression that he diagnosed everything from size to incision method while considering my body type. -Since this is my first surgery and I don’t have no breast tissue, but my inframammary fold is not clear, he said the scar might be more visible than expected when implants are placed, so he recommended going through the armpit. -Motiva maximum 315cc possible; anything more than that does not suit my body type, he said. -And he recommended dual plane, so I asked once how subfascial would be, and he said subfascial has a risk of rippling, and my current breast tissue isn’t even a B... so the feel would probably not be as good as expected. He said the shape when lying down too, and for my body type, dual plane is more advantageous... -Something about the clinic’s explanations felt detailed and professional. But they took time to explain so that a non-expert patient could understand, so I was satisfied. I really spent a long time there. In total, the consultation took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. -Aftercare for 1 year. ㅇㄷ - Director Lee -The whole building is ㅇㄷ’s building, and it’s a breast-only clinic, but it felt somewhat large-scale. -This is also a breast surgery clinic. There are 2 directors, and I consulted with the representative director. -The director’s consultation was kind, but his pronunciation felt a little unclear, so there were some things I couldn’t understand Still, when I asked questions, he explained everything with screen materials displayed, so that was good and easy to understand. -He said Motiva 320~335 would probably be possible. I shouldn’t be too ambitious with size, and that range is about the max. He said dual plane would probably be good, and here too, because I barely have an inframammary fold, he recommended transaxillary incision. -The consultant also didn’t pressure me at all to book same day and was gentle, but rather than actively explaining, it felt like she just went through the necessary explanations. It took about 1 hour and 10 minutes, but almost half of that seemed to be waiting time.. -Aftercare up to 3 months -AS lifelong -General anesthesia -No pressure to book same day
----- The consultation with the female director at ㅂㄴㅂㄱ felt a bit more comfortable, but maybe because of what she said about subfascial and the cc difference... Overall... I felt the ㄱㄹ and ㅇㄷ consultations were more professional, so I’m leaning more toward those.
But because of the cc difference I still can’t decide I’m also debating the clinic, but since the cc differs that much,,, I don’t know what is what or which is right.. I’m comparing while reading other people’s reviews, but I don’t know how I should decide.
Could I ask people with a similar rib cage and body type to mine what implants they got and whether they’re currently satisfied? I just want a natural B~C cup. With a rib cage of 70, is 340-360 too big?? I want to avoid D or larger. Please meddle with my size a bit What cc would be good to get the cup I want..?
