About a month ago, I had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting surgery. The under-eye fat seems improved, but because of the fat grafting, only one under-eye area bulges up along the tear trough line, making the tear trough look prominent. The hospital says it’s swelling, but it has been a month and most of the major swelling has gone down. The tear trough line looks so prominent that it also makes me look saggy. Has anyone had an experience like mine? I’m so, so worried about whether it will improve. I didn’t know fat grafting could make a person struggle this much
